Dear Alumni, Parents and Friends:

In order to constantly meet the needs of our students and assure that they are well positioned in an increasingly competitive environment, the Board of Directors of Sandusky Central Catholic School has adopted a continuous posture of evaluation and strategic planning.

Over the past several months many of our board members have been active participants on the strategic planning committee charged with defining the school’s preferred future for the next five years. This document summarizes the results of our most recent strategic planning effort. During the process of identifying the school’s strategic priorities, we included as many alumni, parents, faculty, staff, friends and students as possible. More than 110 individuals participated.

Additionally, under the leadership of Ron Guerra, who is serving as Chair of the Strategic Plan Implementation Committee, this document outlines how he and his fellow committee members intend to oversee the successful implementation of the plan. I would like to thank Ron for his passionate support and dedication to the entire Sandusky Central Catholic School community for taking on this important role.
