Capital Investment Priorities
1. Modernize Facilities
• Complete deferred maintenance on major systems, including windows, roofs, and heating systems
• Improve handicap accessibility and security throughout the facilities
• Integrate the Early Childhood Center into the main campus
• Implement plan to create new common spaces including chapel, cafeteria/auditorium and media center
2. Double the Endowment (within the Foundation)
• Grow the endowment from $4.2 million to $8.5 million
• Be more effective in relationship development, major gift work, and planned deferred giving
• Reinforce that this is a key priority for the school
3. Strengthen Strategically Important Programs
• Development, Alumni Relations, and Marketing Activities
• Business Office and Financial Management
• Faculty Compensation
• Tuition Assistance
